From the Ascot Website:
"The final day of the Royal Meeting always provides a dramatic climax, featuring one of the world’s most important sprint races: The Diamond Jubilee Stakes.
As the second British leg of the Global Sprint Challenge, it is also Britain’s joint most valuable sprint race, alongside the Darley July Cup at Newmarket.
Although the fashions are as elaborate as they are during the rest of the Royal Meeting", there is a real party feel.
Here are some of the questions you have asked in the past...
Do I have to bet, or gamble to go to Ascot?
No... Personally I go for the hats 😉
But we have had a few big winners
Once inside, will I be able to find the group?
Yes, I've carefully plotted out meeting points (which improve each year) and it's easy to find us throughout the day. This means you can wonder off and rejoin us.
What's the after party like?
It's crazy. It's fun. Did I mention it's crazy? It's about 1,000 people all having a blast - high on the air of Ascot. Not to be missed.

and a fun group of friends to enjoy the day with
We will meet in Ascot at 9:45. If travelling from London, please plan to arrive at your train station 30 min prior to your train time. I suggest the 8:50 from Waterloo ; 8:58 from Clapham Junction ; 8:26 From London Bridge. However train times will be updated and communicated through our Whatsapp group.
Note from the organiser
In the past we travelled via luxury coach, and I purchased the tickets in advance. This year we are trying a new format, where guest arranges their own travel & ticket. It will save each guest around £40, plus this means that those who live near Ascot can join us more easily. I feel that meeting for breakfast is a more social way to engage before the races and I'm really excited to be able to offer all the same great things that people loved, for less money. The fee for the breakfast includes my organiser fee as to make this day enjoyable for all, a lot of work, and professional skills are invested. I'm looking forward to spending an incredible day with you all. Please let me know if you have any questions.
"It was the most British day I've had since moving here a year ago. I saw the queen and won a little cash and got totally swept up in the people watching. ” Lisa
"A mammoth feat of organisation by Kelly made for a great day out - thanks!" Amber
